NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Maine will hold a public hearing on October 4, 2011 at 7pm at the Town of Maine Town Hall, 12 Lewis Street, Maine, NY 13802 on the request of Carlo Cervoni of Cervoni General Construction Corporation for a use variance of the Town of Maine's regulations to permit the construction and running of a commercial business on property located at 1601 Airport Road, Binghamton, NY 13905, known as Tax Map No. 110.11-1-9, and located in an RR District. Town of Maine Code, Section 450-16 does not allow the use of a commercial business in an RR zone.
The application for this use variance is open to inspection at the office of the Town of Maine's Town Hall, 12 Lewis Street, Maine, NY 13802.
Persons wishing to appear at the hearing may do so in person or by other representation. Persons with disabilities, who require assistance in attending said public hearing, or in furnishing comments and suggestions, should contact the undersigned to request such assistance.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the environmental significance of the proposed area variance will be reviewed by said Board incident to said hearing.
Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board, or at such hearing.
