PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the
Planning Board of the Town of Maine will hold a public hearing on February 13,
2012 at 7pm at the Town of Maine Town Hall, 12 Lewis Street, Maine, NY 13802 on
the request of Denny Cobb for a Site Plan Review to permit the operation of a
coal stove retail and service operation with a coal, mulch, and stone retail center
on property located at 43 Arbutus Road, Johnson City, NY, known as Tax Map No.
075.02-1-18.1, and located in an Industrial District.
The application for this Site
Plan Review is open to inspection at the office of the Town of Maine’s Town
Hall, 12 Lewis Street, Maine, NY 13802.
Persons wishing to appear at the
hearing may do so in person or by other representation. Persons with disabilities, who require
assistance in attending said public hearing, or in furnishing comments and
suggestions, should contact the undersigned to request such assistance.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that
the environmental significance of the proposed site plan will be reviewed
by this Planning Board incident to said hearing.
Communications in writing in
relation thereto may be filed with the Board, or at such hearing.
